• Harassing, stalking or threatening other players or Scorpion Trail Studios employees.
• Using any unauthorized third party programs, including mods, hacks, cheats, scripts, bots, trainers and automation programs that interact with Scorpion Trail Studios in any way, for any purpose.
• Accessing or attempting to access anything that is not openly available to the public.
• Spamming chat, whether for personal or commercial purposes.
• Repeated non-participation, logging out, or leaving during a live game.
• You must not be a convicted felon.
• Toxic behavior or language
7. User Restrictions
You must agree to not engage in any of the following conduct (or to facilitate or support others in doing so)
1. You may not upload viruses or malicious code, or do anything that could disable, overburden or impair the proper working or appearance of our products/services.
2. You may not access, collect, or attempt to access or collect data that you do not have permission to access.
8. Right to Terminate Accounts
We reserve the right to disable or terminate any account which violates these Terms of Use or our policies as permitted or required to do so by law. We can refuse to provide or stop providing all or part of our service immediately and with no notice.
